Through a partnership of the staff, students, parents, church and community, Archbishop M. C. O’Neill Catholic High School fosters an atmosphere of academic excellence and student learning which promotes the development of Christian values, recognizes the many facets of human development, preparing responsible and respectful young people ready to cope with the challenges of change in the 21st century. O’Neill is a dual-track school, which offers French Immersion as well as a typical English education. Students graduate from either the regular or bilingual program. The doors to “Titan Territory” opened in 1966.

The school was named after Archbishop O’Neill, whose wisdom and knowledge were crucial to the admission of Saskatchewan’s Catholic High schools to government funding.
